The COMCO Suisse (Commission of competition) gave its verdict in the litigation which was opposed to companies specializing in meeting, the improvement and to finish kits of movement of ETA, and sample groups it which wanted to cease providing the not assembled parts. Noting that the group of sample held a position of domination in this sector, the COMCO ordered ETA to continue its deliveries until 2010, leaving 6 years to the various companies to develop new sources of supply for basic kits and mechanical movements.
